Graduate Assistantships are available through the Department of Curriculum and Instruction.
Teaching and research assistants are chosen by faculty members to teach undergraduate classes, assist with research, or take on other responsibilities related to teaching and research. The Curriculum and Instruction department also hires an America Reads Supervisor, Child Development Laboratories Assistants, and numerous assistants to work on grant activities, when funded. Interested Curriculum and Instruction students should contact their academic advisors to learn what positions might be available. Also, check the Graduate School website for GA positions across campus. http://gradschool.siu.edu/cost-aid/
