Haynes, new Project 12-Ways Clinical Director

Rocky Haynes received his master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University (Carbondale) and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Presently completing his Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of South Florida. Rocky has almost a decade of experience working in the field of ABA within a variety of contexts including autism, gerontology, prevention of child abuse and neglect, organizational behavior management, school settings, and positive behavioral interventions and supports.
Trained under Dr. Kimberly Crossland at University of South Florida and specializes in applying the science of ABA to the prevention of child abuse and neglect and systems-level implementation within child welfare agencies. Rocky is trained in numerous evidence-based parent education programs and is excited to bring his passion for the work to Project 12-Ways.
Bringing his passion for meaningful change in individual's lives Rocky will be on campus in early July and will assume the supervision of all clinical matters at Project 12 Ways in the Rehabilitation Institute at SIU.
