Kamille Guthery | TBBHF 2015-2016 | SIU
Kamille Guthery is a second year Masters of Social Work student at Southern Illinois University with an emphasis in the health/mental health track. Kamille completed her undergraduate study at Southern Illinois University and received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in History in 2010. Prior to attending Southern Illinois University Kamille served in the United States Marines Corps and is a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom serving in Iraq from 2005 to 2006. Kamille’s research and special interests includes Trauma informed treatment/ rehabilitation and co-occurring disorders among the Juvenile population, trauma and the Iraq and Afghanistan U.S. Military cohort, and Vietnam Veteran Era Veterans cohort aging population trauma/mental health. Kamille is a member of the Phi Alpha Honors Society of Southern Illinois University Carbondale and a national member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.
