Overview:

Julie Tate is a Lecturer and Program Coordinator/Instructional Leader for the Southern Region Early Childhood Programs (SRECP), an Illinois State Board of Education Early Childhood Block Grant Preschool For All (PFA) Program. Julie was first employed with the program as a prekindergarten teacher for seven years. She accepted a position with the SRECP leadership team as the Program Evaluation and Assessment Specialist for one year and then she became a Program Coordinator/Instructional Leader in 2013. Julie collects and reports enrollment data for the grants and she oversees PFA classrooms in the public school districts in Franklin County.
