To Post-Baccalaureate (Graduate) Certificate in Quantitative Methods
If you are interested in our Graduate Certificate program, but are not currently enrolled in a graduate program at SIU, please complete and submit the regular application form. If you are already enrolled in a graduate program at SIU, please complete and submit the short form.
To Doctoral Degree in Education With Specialty in Quantitative Methods
We are excited that you are considering applying to our Ph.D. program in Quantitative Methods. Please be sure to have OFFICIAL transcripts sent to us by all the universities/colleges you have attended. We will begin the admission process once your application, all supporting materials, and an application fee of $65.00 have been received.

To complete your application, be sure to complete the following
- Complete the Graduate School Application
- Complete and turn in your Doctoral Application Form
- Complete and turn in at least three letters of reference, one reference is provided in the attached PDF file. Please copy and disperse as needed
